主要的研究兴趣是植物对生物和非生物逆境的响应机制。近年来,我们研究了细菌性条斑病菌侵染水稻应答差异表达基因的功能及其分子机理;同时,还对两类新的转录调控因子对非生物逆境的应答分子机理进行了研究,希望发掘可用于作物遗传改良的功能基因。此外,我们还对畜禽转基因植物基因工程疫苗也有兴趣。
Our research is mainly focused on the plant response mechanism to biotic and abiotic stresses. Recently, we have studied the function and the molecular mechanism of the differential proteins gene of rice induced by Xooc Infection. At the same time, we have also studied the response of the molecular mechanism to abiotic stress of two novel transcription factors. We hope the genes can be used at the crop of genetic improvement. We are also interested in transgenic plants and genetic engineering vaccine of fowl and livestock epizootic.
