本课题组强调“通百艺,专一长”,整合数学、化学和生物医学等学科的知识和技术,开展代谢组学和细胞代谢研究。主要包括如下四个研究方向: 方向一:整合信号通路、代谢组学和代谢流分析技术,研究肿瘤发生发展过程中的线粒体代谢重编程; 方向二:基于单细胞、亚细胞的代谢组学和代谢流组学大数据,分析肿瘤免疫微环境中的代谢波动; 方向三:以化学的视角认识代谢通路,运用先进质谱技术,以期鉴定细胞中新型化学反应,拓宽细胞代谢网络; 方向四:运用质谱技术开展药物代谢组学,分析药物在体内的代谢规律与疗效评估。 无论你的本科专业是数学、物理、计算机、化学、生物还是医学,只要有志于从事代谢研究,勇于突破学科壁垒,挑战代谢领域的前沿研究课题,都欢迎加盟。同时欢迎医药企业交流合作!
