1. 围绕核受体的生物学功能开展研究,重点关注核受体的抗肿瘤分子机制以及核受体靶向药物的筛选。
2. 关注细胞在生理或病理应激条件下的应答调控机制,重点探讨细胞如何感应能量代谢并通过核受体等关键节点蛋白实现信号转导,从而影响线粒体功能,决定细胞命运。
