主要从事基质-细胞蛋白(Matricellular proteins)在组织微环境重塑、肿瘤转移和心血管疾病中的功能研究。以组织微环境中不同细胞之间通过基质-细胞蛋白与细胞因子进行相互调控为主要研究方向,进一步探究基质-细胞蛋白及其抑制剂等在组织微环境稳态调控和肿瘤微环境中的重要功能及其作用机制,为组织纤维化、恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病等重大疾病的治疗提供理论基础和潜在靶点。
We mainly engaged in the functional research of matricellular proteins in tissue microenvironment remodeling, tumor metastasis and cardiovascular diseases. The main research direction is the mutual regulation between different cells in the tissue microenvironment through matricellular proteins and cytokines. Further explore the important functions and mechanisms of matricellular proteins and their inhibitors in the regulation of tissue microenvironment homeostasis and tumor microenvironment, which provides theoretical basis and potential targets for the treatment of major diseases such as tissue fibrosis, malignant tumors, and cardiovascular diseases.
