T细胞是介导适应性免疫以及肿瘤免疫的核心细胞类群。我们课题组的工作重点在于解析决定T细胞分化及功能的分子信号。我们利用多组学整合的方式(比如单细胞测序,体内CRISPR筛选等技术手段),在健康个体以及肿瘤,感染性疾病或者自身免疫病背景下展开研究。我们的研究有助于了解免疫调控及耐受的底层机制并以此为基础开发新的免疫治疗策略。
Our research interest lies in the immune signaling underlying the differentiation and function of T cells, a central cell type in adaptive immunity and cancer immunotherapy. We apply systems biology approaches, such as single cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq), CRISPR screening and the integrative network analysis, to reconstruct molecular hubs for T cell fate decision in tumor, infection, and autoimmunity diseases as well as in heathy condition. Our work could shed light on our understanding of fundamental mechanisms of immune regulation and pave the way for better immunotherapy.
