郑燚明教授,博导,国家海外高层次青年人才,致力于细胞骨架和细胞吞噬在神经系统发育和疾病过程中的调控研究,以第一/共同第一作者兼共同通讯作者在Nature Neuroscience和Nature Cell Biology等刊物上发表论文。主要创新性成果包括:发现了微血管内皮细胞在神经系统疾病中具有此前未知的吞噬功能属性(Nat Neurosci 2019); 发现非分裂细胞微管组装的独特方式和机制,推动了分化细胞的骨架研究(Nat Cell Biol 2020); 提供了微管组装调控基因与神经干细胞非对称分裂、遗传性神经疾病关联性的新认知(Mol Biol Cell 2016)。课题组将综合运用神经性疾病患者临床信息、小鼠和果蝇模式动物,从临床患者-模式动物-体外细胞分子多维度探讨上述过程在神经损伤和退行性病变中的作用机制。欢迎加入我们的团队。
